Best-Start-Recruitment is seeking a Room Leader for the Preschool room with a 4- to 4.5-day week. Salary from £28,860 for 4 days or £31,200 for a 40-hour week over 4.5 days one week and 37 hours the following week.
You will train staff in your room, support development and safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents to ensure high-quality early learning in a small owner-run setting.
