The Education Network Birmingham is recruiting a SENCO to join as Assistant Headteacher in a permanent role from September 2026. This SEN school seeks an ambitious leader who can influence practice across the school, champion safeguarding, and drive pupil progress for children and young adults with additional needs.
You will lead SEN policy and provision, work with the SLT, parents, carers and external agencies to ensure effective, well-planned support, and help create a whole-school approach
