Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role works beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences across the UK.
You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build positive relationships with young people, monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families, professionals and regional teams.
