Callington Community College is seeking an exceptional Behaviour Manager to lead the Reset Room and support students to thrive. You will work closely with staff, families and the pastoral team to ensure effective reintegration into mainstream lessons and sustained positive behaviour.
You will promote a calm, fair approach to behaviour, track interventions, and collaborate with SEND and pastoral colleagues to deliver targeted strategies.
