About the RoleYour focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of q. The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare is designed to support and improve team performance through quality training delivery. The facilitator’s main objective is to ensure the team is competent and compliant to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead training sessions in multiple homes
- Identify learning needs through the Learning Management System
- Design engaging course content
- Record sessions accurately
- Assess learner knowledge during the training
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Experience in learning and development within adult social care
- Knowledge of statutory training requirements
- Specific educational qualifications
- A UK driving license
- Mandatory DBS checks
