Randstad Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in East Grinstead/Lingfield. You will support learners with complex SEN needs, including autism and ADHD, in a nurturing, creative setting. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00–16:00, with on-the-job training and fully funded qualifications offered.
This temporary to permanent position provides a probation period before joining the school team, delivering progression opportunities within a supportive environment.
