New Meaning Training is seeking a Construction Multiskills Tutor to join their Reading centre in Berkshire. You will deliver practical sessions across carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and general construction multi-skills to learners aged 16–25, helping them gain confidence and practical capability in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
You may come from trades such as construction, carpentry, plumbing or facilities management, with patience and empathy.
