Rota:
Monday to Wednesday & Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm, Thursday 8.00am‑4.30pm

Salary:
Up to £42,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)

We are looking for a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join our team and help deliver a high‑quality, personalised education for pupils with additional needs. • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Track, assess and report on pupil progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs.
• Develop and review EHCP targets, behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans.
• Create a safe, stimulating and well‑organised classroom environment.
• Work closely with support staff to maximise engagement and learning outcomes.
• Support pupils to develop emotional regulation, resilience and positive behaviour.
• Contribute to curriculum development and whole‑school improvement priorities.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, families and external agencies.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Play an active role within a collaborative, multi‑professional team.

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. QTS/PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience working within an education setting, ideally with pupils with SEND.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver and adapt engaging lessons to meet individual needs.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to work towards further qualifications where required.
• Willingness to undertake relevant induction and training on appointment.
