Rota:
Monday to Wednesday & Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm, Thursday 8.00am‑4.30pm
Salary:
Up to £42,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join our team and help deliver a high‑quality, personalised education for pupils with additional needs. Responsibilities- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for individuals and small groups.
- Track, assess and report on pupil progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs.
- Develop and review EHCP targets, behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans.
- Create a safe, stimulating and well‑organised classroom environment.
- Work closely with support staff to maximise engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support pupils to develop emotional regulation, resilience and positive behaviour.
- Contribute to curriculum development and whole‑school improvement priorities.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, families and external agencies.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and compliance requirements are consistently met.
- Play an active role within a collaborative, multi‑professional team.
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. QTS/PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience working within an education setting, ideally with pupils with SEND.
- Proven ability to plan, deliver and adapt engaging lessons to meet individual needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to work towards further qualifications where required.
- Willingness to undertake relevant induction and training on appointment.
