Senovo is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to help secondary pupils with behaviour, attendance, confidence and engagement at a Hounslow site.
You will build relationships quickly while maintaining clear boundaries, mentoring and providing emotional support to pupils who need guidance. This role also involves collaborating with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff to keep learners on track throughout the school day.
