Leeds Sixth Form College is seeking a Coach - Student Support to provide personalised coaching, guidance and interventions helping learners achieve their goals. Working with curriculum teams, students, families and partner agencies, you will monitor progress, remove barriers to learning and ensure access to academic, pastoral and wellbeing support.
You will develop learning plans, set SMART targets, attend EHCP reviews and PEP meetings, and liaise with carers and external services.
