Secondary Cover Supervisor

Yorkshire and Humber/ contract / £95 - 130 per day

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Leeds that is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school provides a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential, with a strong focus on positive behaviour and high-quality education.

The school is looking to appoint a part-time Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver general classroom cover across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

• Experience working with young people within a UK secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering lessons using pre-planned work across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
