Headquartered in Leeds, the college supports over 20,000 students across the city region, with four main campuses and a number of community centres across the city, all aligned to a mission to create learning environments where every student can achieve their full potential.

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a progressive Executive Leadership Team, delivering on the region’s skills agenda, with overarching responsibility for the strategic leadership of the college, its performance, and advancing its unrelenting focus on learner outcomes. You will lead an experienced team in delivering a responsive and employer-led model that drives quality and promotes innovation. As the lead ambassador for the college regionally, you will foster a culture where staff are empowered to be autonomous, expansive in their thinking, and progressive in their approach to delivering transformative education and remain the partner of choice for employers and stakeholders.

We are seeking to appoint a proven leader who is strategic in approach and knows how to deliver change within a fast-moving and highly complex operational environment. You will have learners at the heart of all that you do, with a passion for employability, coupled with the expertise in working with key stakeholders and the communication flair to influence, engage and inspire.
