Role SummaryWe are looking for a qualified lecturer who can share their knowledge and skills with pre‑ and post‑16 students. The role focuses predominantly on 14‑19 year olds.
Responsibilities- Deliver multi-skill courses and facilitate learning for 14‑19 year olds.
- Teach and assess compulsory qualifications.
- Communicate effectively with young people and adults.
- Support students to achieve their qualifications.
- Relevant industry experience in construction.
- Mandatory professional qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Teaching/training experience desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
- 35‑day annual leave entitlement, plus 8 Bank Holidays and 10 college closure days.
