Salary Scale - National Joint Council Scale Point 23 to 25 £ 34,434 to £36,363, actual salary £27,443 to £28,981

Hours - 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

• Lead the pastoral team and coordinate their work.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Lead safeguarding and attendance.
• Support behaviour and nurture across the school.
