The Stephen Longfellow Academy in Leeds is seeking an outstanding Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team. You will work with the Head of Year and Assistant Principal to support day-to-day management of a year group and provide high-quality pastoral care.
You will lead targeted interventions, support safeguarding and child protection processes, and collaborate with students, families and external agencies to help every young person stay safe, engaged and reach their full potential.
