Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Youth Justice Worker to support KS2 pupils, helping them build confidence and remain engaged in learning. You will work with teachers and the pastoral team to provide patient, nurturing support and develop essential social and behavioural skills.
This role suits graduates or aspiring professionals aiming for careers in Youth Justice, Social Care or Pastoral Support, with hours 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026.
