Key Requirements

Essential UK Experience: Demonstrated, verifiable experience working directly inside a UK primary classroom environment is strictly required.
Intervention & EYFS Skills: Experience leading small-group intervention activities, assisting with play-based learning routines, and managing early childhood behaviour.
Safeguarding Readiness: High standards of safeguarding awareness, supported by clear reference checks and an Enhanced DBS status.
