Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with diverse needs such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH.
Implement structured individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the class teacher and SENDCo.
Assist in adapting classroom materials and activities to make the curriculum fully accessible.
Foster emotional regulation, resilience, and independence through positive reinforcement.
