Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, resource, and deliver a sensory-rich curriculum tailored to pupils with complex needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SLD).
Design and implement targeted Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in partnership with the SENDCo.
Direct and mentor classroom support staff to ensure safe and effective learning interventions.
