The setting promotes engaging, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a safe and positive environment for every child.

The setting is looking to take on a flexible Early Years Assistant from September on a day-to-day basis, making this an ideal opportunity for students looking for part-time work alongside their studies. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children throughout the setting, assist with activities and routines, and work alongside Early Years staff to provide a safe and engaging environment.

The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working with children is essential

• Experience with in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable

• A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility and a ‘can-do’ attitude
