FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are on the hunt for a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor to join a leading skills provider, who deliver apprenticeships across the UK.

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of Health and Social Care professionals?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Tutor (H&SC) to support and inspire learners working towards their work-based qualifications. In this rewarding role, you'll use your industry expertise and passion for learning to guide, coach, and motivate learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.

• Deliver engaging teaching and learning sessions using a variety of delivery methods
• Manage and support a caseload of learners, ensuring progress, retention and achievement
• Conduct regular reviews with learners and employers in line with ESFA and learner journey requirements
• Provide constructive and impactful feedback to support learner development
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) ensuring portfolios are complete and learners feel confident
• Use digital learning resources and platforms to support off-the-job and workplace training
• Identify and remove barriers to learning, supporting learners to stay on track
• Promote progression opportunities for learners to continue developing their careers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with internal processes and funding requirements
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people

• Level 3 or 5 qualification in Health and Social care
• Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
• Teaching qualification (AET, CET, PTTLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade A-C)
• Experience working within a Health & Social care setting (ideally at a supervisory or managerial level)
• Ability to engage, motivate and influence learners from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent and the apprenticeship landscape
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines and targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Access to a car and the ability to travel for learner observations, team meetings and 1:1s
