• Essential UK
  
  Experience:
  
  Verifiable experience within a UK primary school setting supporting KS1 children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language barriers).

• EHCP Implementation: Capability to follow Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adapt national curriculum tasks to meet individual learning needs.

• Safeguarding & Vetting: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a new check through Randstad).
