Science Teacher

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School based in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a Science Teacher. The school provides education for secondary-aged students and is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher to support pupils across KS3 and KS4.

The school is looking for a Science Teacher for day-to-day or long-term roles from September, teaching across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Science Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons where required, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support students to make progress across the Science curriculum.

• QTS with a Science specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
