We're looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support children with SEN and challenging behaviour in welcoming primary schools across Leeds
.

Every day is different, but every day is rewarding. You'll play a vital role in helping children overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Support children with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
We're Looking For People Who Are:
  • Patient, resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
  • Positive, proactive and committed to making a difference.
  • Experienced in education, care, youth work, support work or similar roles (desirable but not essential).
  • Willing to learn and develop through ongoing training.
