Yorkshire Young Musicians in Leeds/Hull with hybrid working arrangements seeks a Head to lead during an exciting development phase, delivering high-quality, inclusive music education for ambitious young musicians aged 8–18 across Yorkshire and The Humber.
The Head will provide strategic and operational leadership for YYM as a regional Centre for Advanced Training, ensuring access to high‑quality education, pastoral support and progression guidance while strengthening inclusive progression
