Behaviour Support Worker
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs across KS1 and KS2
- Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources
- Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
- Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
- Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment
Requirements or
Skills:
- Experience working with challenging children is a MUST
- Excellent skills in behaviour management
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills
- Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
