halow is seeking a SEND Programme Year Leader to design and deliver community-based learning for young adults with learning disabilities and autism across Guildford and Woking in Surrey. You will lead engaging, person-centred sessions for groups of 6-12 learners to help them develop confidence, social skills, independence and employability.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm, with 33 days of annual leave and fully paid training and development opportunities.
