This post will be to work 1:1 with a child in Reception/KS1 classes andis a fixed term contract for 1 year and will also include lunch duties.
Experience of working with children in the EYFS/KS1 phase, and those withSEND, would be desirable; as would any specialist training such as STARs.
The successful candidate will:- beable to motivate and engage children
- beable to form professional and nurturing relationships with children
- demonstratea calm, proactive approach to behaviour management
- work effectively in a team and build positive relationships
- beable to apply good organisational and communication skills
- beable to use their initiative, learn and adapt
- havea positive attitude and a good sense of humour
