L&D Facilitator; Core Skills Trainer

The salary for this post is £34,811 p.a.

To do this we’re looking for a facilitator who can drive the quality and engagement of our core skills. This will cover a range of skills essential to be successful but also to help build developmental programmes for all levels of employee.

What you’ll be doing

You will play an important part in strengthening Aspire’s internal learning and development offer. This means creating, developing and delivering core learning modules. Your main focus will be:

• adapting and improving learning materials;
• supporting learners before, during and after training;
• gathering feedback and helping assess whether learning is making a difference;
• keeping learning records and materials up to date.
