This is the perfect long-term opportunity for you! This role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain some school-based experience, prior to further study.
Reading Intervention Learning Mentor- The Role:
- An ideal way to gain experience in an outstanding secondary school
- Based in Leeds (other schools in other local boroughs available)
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis and in class support
- Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
- Long term position
- Paid £90-£120 per day - Work Monday
- Friday school hours, term time only - DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
- Requirements:
- Degree 2:1 or above degree, any subject but passion for reading
- Experience of tutoring or working with young people is ideal but not a requirement
- Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning!
