Senior Tender Manager – Global Data Centre Clients (UK Based)

We’re hiring a Senior Tender Manager to support large-scale, high-value projects for some of the world’s leading data centre clients - think Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, and others.

You’ll join a newly formed European Solution Centre dedicated to supporting the complex tendering needs of these strategic accounts. Working as part of a 12-person team, you’ll take the lead on commercial and technical tendering activities for opportunities worth €10M to €250M+. This includes managing internal stakeholder alignment, pricing strategies, risk mitigation, and formal submission preparation. Each opportunity typically engages 20 to 30 contributors across factories, digital, services, legal, and supply chain functions.

The role is based in the UK, with travel up to once a month across Europe. You’ll be assigned one or two major accounts and remain focused on those portfolios.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years in solution tendering, technical-commercial bids, or complex project environments.
  • Strong coordination skills across global teams.
  • Experience working within large matrix organisations.
  • Working knowledge of CPP (Customer Project Process) and Solution Business Policy (a plus).
  • Confidence, energy, and leadership - this isn’t a back-office role. You’ll need to influence and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Data centre experience is helpful but not essential.

You won’t manage direct reports, but you will lead and influence multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely offers. If you're proactive, commercially sharp, and thrive on solving complex problems with others, this could be the role for you.

Locations: UK (preferred: Leeds, Telford, London, flexible for the right candidate)

What we offer you:

Competitive salary & Bonus Scheme, 28 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays, Holiday Buy & Sell programme, Pension Scheme, Employee Share Ownership Programme, Various Health & Wellbeing Support Options, Gym Flex, Career Hub (internal mobility opportunities + access to mentors & projects globally), Shopping & Dining Discounts, Learning Portal and much more.
