Their client base includes national house builders, land promoters, private developers and education providers, giving planners exposure to varied and high-quality work from day one.

This is a true consultancy position, offering strong technical exposure and client interaction.

You will be responsible for supporting planning projects including residential development, school expansion projects and community infrastructure schemes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting full and outline planning applications
• Drafting Planning Statements and supporting planning documentation
• Assisting with Local Plan representations and site promotion work
• Supporting planning appeals and enforcement-related matters
• Liaising with local planning authorities and statutory consultees
• Attending client meetings, project calls and site visits
• Supporting senior staff with planning strategy research and advice

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experience gained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strong written skills and ability to produce clear, evidence-based reports
• Commercially aware and keen to develop client-facing confidence
• Motivated and ambitious with a long-term career focus
