I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a modern, fast-growing UK flight training organisation that’s reshaping the way aviation training is delivered. With a brand-new fleet of Cessna and Tecnam aircraft equipped with the latest Garmin avionics (G3X Touch, G1000, G1000 NXi), this is a fantastic opportunity for instructors who want to be part of something forward-thinking and high-standard.

What we're looking for:

• FI(A) rating (restricted or unrestricted)
• Valid UK CAA licence and Class 1 or 2 medical
• Strong instructional and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and training quality

Bonus if you have:

• IRI, CRI, or Night ratings
• Experience with Garmin systems
• Background in structured, high-standard training environments
