M&E Service Supervisor

Location:

Leeds, UK. This permanent, full‑time position offers a starting salary of £45,000 plus overtime, a company vehicle and flexible benefits.

Supervisor (Electrical or Mechanical) at NG Bailey. Responsibilities include managing site delivery of projects ranging from £10,000 to £3 million, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compliance, and supporting the broader project team.

• Site‑based delivery of various projects, £10,000 to £3 million.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
• Conduct regular site and safety inspections in accordance with NG Bailey standards.
• Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of NG Bailey site documentation.
• Lead and oversee project work plans, ensuring delivery against programme deadlines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Carry out hands‑on electrical or mechanical works if required to assist with the project delivery.

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service by self and through others.
• Electrically or mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Experience in a supervisory position or confident willingness to step into a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Computer literate – confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proactive communicator, team player, and able to lead by example.
• Hands‑on experience desirable.
• Understanding of CDM regulations.
