Develop Practical Solutions: Assist with engineering inspections, surveys, and reports, verifying construction works against design, and recommending practical, buildable solutions that improve design outcomes.

Mentor and Manage: Plan and manage your workload and that of the technician team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development. You'll also assist with fee calculations and contribute to project fee proposals.

Drive Innovation: Collaborate with internal task groups to improve workflows, share knowledge, and support efforts to enhance technical standards and efficiency across the business.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders
