💡 What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver diverse projects across multiple sectors.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to create efficient, elegant, and sustainable design solutions.
Use advanced BIM and digital design tools within an ISO 19650-certified framework.
Contribute ideas and help shape the future direction of the engineering team.

🧠 What They’re Looking For
Chartered or working towards Chartership (MIStruct

E or MICE).
Strong design experience in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
Excellent communicator and collaborator with a proactive mindset.
