£50,000 - £60,000 + Twice-Yearly Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Healthcare Scheme + Pension

Excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer to take the lead in a growing award-winning engineering firm, working autonomously on a wide range of projects and the ability for long-term progression.

In this role, you will split your time between the office and site visits, leading projects from early concept and tender stages through to detailed design and delivery.

The Role:

* Producing structural design calculations across a range of sectors and materials

* Taking the technical lead on projects and running multiple jobs simultaneously

* Overseeing drafting staff and coordinating the preparation of drawings and tender packages

* Carrying out structural inspections, report writing and house surveys

* Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to support successful delivery

* Supporting and mentoring junior staff within the office

* Exposure to diverse projects including fuel and energy sites, airports, commercial schemes and residential developments

The Person :

* Previous experience in a Senior/Principal Structural position

* Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and using all common building materials

* Skilled in structural software packages (e.g., Master Series, AutoCAD)

* UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
