• Lead design and development of P&C schemes for HV substations, including relay coordination, fault analysis, and system protection studies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new relay algorithms, control logics, and automation features.
• Perform simulations and modeling for protection coordination and stability studies.
• Define technical specifications and support prototype testing and commissioning in lab environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in digital protection and substation automation for product enhancement.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in P&C innovations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 6+ years’ experience in HV P&C engineering, preferably in R&D or product development.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, relay coordination, and protection relays (ABB, Siemens, GE, etc.).
• Experience in PSCAD / ETAP / DIgSILENT Power Factory or similar simulation tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
