I am recruiting for a Civil Engineer to join a growing, well established multidisciplinary consultancy in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer who wants variety, support and genuine progression, rather than being boxed into one discipline or scheme type.

This Civil Engineer role sits within a friendly and collaborative team delivering highways, drainage and development infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, industrial, energy and specialist sectors. As a Civil Engineer, you will remain hands-on with design while being supported by experienced senior engineers who actively invest in your technical development and progression toward Chartership.

• Deliver highways, drainage and development infrastructure designs
• Prepare and check drawings, calculations and technical specifications
• Support multidisciplinary coordination across civil projects
• Assist with S38, S278 and general infrastructure schemes
• Manage your workload and contribute to efficient project delivery
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high technical standards

• Degree qualified Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years UK consultancy experience
• Interest in highways and development infrastructure design
• Working towards Chartered status
• Confident using AutoCAD, with exposure to Civil 3D and Info Drainage
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team focused approach

This Civil Engineer position offers project variety, structured mentoring and long term progression. The salary on offer is £32,000 - £38,000 plus benefits, with flexibility and development encouraged from day one.
