- Service, maintain, and test all installed systems
- Carry out live working procedures safely
- Prepare service reports and update CRM with work results
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues by phone or on-site
- Escalate critical issues per procedure and ensure resolution
- Work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain installation and product quality
- Continuously improve technical knowledge through self-training and formal courses
- Follow health, safety, and quality standards throughout all tasks
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in service/field engineering within power electronics, UPS, or similar technical field
- Knowledge of DC power and AC UPS systems preferred
- Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organisational abilities
- Service-minded, proactive, and team-oriented
