• Make an impact as a Resident Maintenance Engineer, working rotating 12‑hour shifts day and night across Grantham.
• Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on automated machinery, including cranes, conveyors, vertical lifts, monorail systems and deep freeze high bay.
• Work in a cold environment (-18°C).
• Undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and industry standard practices.
• Prioritise system faults and ensure quality of output at all times.
• Accurately record all work undertaken and involve continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.

• An apprenticeship‑trained Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with automated machinery preferred (training provided if not).
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Customer‑facing role requiring effective communication at all levels.
• Experience with a CMMS system.
