Following an internal promotion, they're now looking for a new Engineering Manager to inspire a high

- performing team of Senior ICs.

The ideal person they're looking to hire:

• is an established people manager (this won't suit someone stepping‑up in to management)
• has had success leading and motivating a highly capable product engineering team
• has grown organically from a hands
  
  - on Senior Engineer / Tech Lead in to an EM
• is comfortable and influential in code reviews and detailed system design discussions
• easily builds relationships and enjoys nurturing open, collaborative engineeringcultures

Also, how to meaningfully
apply AI within the context of data management is currently an unsolved problem here - you'll be helping to creatively shape and influence this, with a lot of experimentation and strategic thinking
