This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controls Service and Support Field Engineer based in England, United Kingdom. The role involves providing hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting control systems, addressing customer service inquiries, and performing field service operations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining system performance, assisting clients with system improvements, and ensuring timely completion of service schedules.
Qualifications- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
- Field Service expertise with experience working on-site to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Technical qualifications in electrical or control engineering are highly advantageous.
- Experience in BEMS, PLC, HVAC, Process controls is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
