️ What you’ll be doing

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams on major infrastructure projects

• Deliver projects from feasibility to detailed design and construction

• Provide technical direction and ensure best practices and compliance

• Act as client liaison – manage stakeholder relationships and regulatory approvals

• Contribute to business development via proposals and presentations

• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians

What you’ll need to be successful

• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or equivalent)

• Strong project leadership experience in civil infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of UK codes and standards (DMRB, SuDS, Sewers for Adoption, CDM)

• Proficiency in design tools such as Civil 3D, Micro Drainage or similar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in a consultancy environment is desirable
