With the AMP8 cycle underway and delivery intensifying, we need a Senior Principal Process Engineer with extensive Water & Wastewater experience to drive major projects across the North.

• Serve as a key strategic advisor to clients, leading the technical execution of ground‑breaking projects from conception to construction.
• Guide Project Managers, ensuring high‑level execution that meets cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Mentor and develop the regional team of Process Engineers and foster strong, collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered Engineer status, with demonstrable experience in the water industry.
• Technical mastery in process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs, and P&t.
• Experience in a design and construction environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff management skills to translate client needs into actionable solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
