As an Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project services across healthcare and education portfolios. You will be given responsibility from day one and will be trusted to manage your workload independently. Typical responsibilities will include:
Contract administration and project delivery Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Condition surveys and reports Feasibility studies and specifications Client liaison and stakeholder management Producing drawings and technical details using CAD Whats on Offer Structured APC support and mentorship through RICS Exposure to high-profile healthcare and education projects Clear career progression pathway Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team environment You will join a consultancy that is committed to supporting you through your APC and onto chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Building Surveyor who:
Has 2 years experience within a building consultancy environment Has strong experience working across commercial, healthcare, or education projects Is highly proficient in CAD and able to independently complete work from day one Is confident managing tasks autonomously and meeting deadlines Has a clear ambition to achieve MRICS status Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine desire to become chartered and develop within a supportive consultancy environment is essential.
