With a strong presence in the rail sector and a collaborative technical environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Civil, Structural and Geotechnical professionals on technically challenging schemes.
About the Role- Deliver innovative geotechnical solutions that shape the future of infrastructure
- Collaborate with a talented team of Civil, Structural, and Geotechnical Engineers
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, fostering lasting partnerships
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis, including the use of software such as PLAXIS and WALLAP
- Proven experience in producing comprehensive geotechnical reports, including Geotechnical Interpretative Reports and Mining Risk Assessments
- Expertise in ground investigation planning, specification, supervision, and interpretative reporting
- Ability to undertake geotechnical design works, including assessments for earthworks, slopes, and associated infrastructure
- Strong understanding of geology, ground models, and geotechnical engineering principles
- Degree in Geology or a related discipline (essential)
- MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
- Working towards or recently achieved Chartered status (CGeol or CEng)
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis, including the use of software such as PLAXIS and WALLAP
- Proven experience in producing comprehensive geotechnical reports, including Geotechnical Interpretative Reports and Mining Risk Assessments
