Location: Oxfordshire (2 days per week in the office)

As demand grows, they are looking for a talented CAD Design Engineer with strong mechanical engineering skills and an interest in developing innovative physical products.

You are an experienced design engineer with strong CAD skills and a passion for building products that work in the real world. You enjoy solving design challenges, working with cross-functional teams, and seeing your work make a difference.

• Creating detailed CAD designs for parts, assemblies, or enclosures
• Working with or alongside electronics teams on integrated products
• Collaborating with production, procurement, or manufacturing teams
• Developing products that balance function, usability, and durability

• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Designed products for hands-on, on-site use
• Worked in a fast-moving startup or tech company
• Managed several design priorities or streams at once

• Over five years of experience in CAD design
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or a related subject
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, with a good understanding of how mechanical and electronic systems interact
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or procurement processes
• Some exposure to designing either consumer or industrial products
• Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• A desire to grow with the company and take on more responsibility as it scales
