Grand Arcade is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Leeds office to manage railway infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing commercial responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, and developing strong client relationships, while also providing guidance to a commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, an HND/HNC/Degree in the field, and preferably a civil engineering or rail background. A competitive salary package, including hybrid working options, is offered.
