This is where new business pumps are brought to life from cradle to grave - from initial concept and design through to manufacture, testing, delivery, and lifecycle support.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value pump projects within our new business portfolio. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle - from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
* Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality
* Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies###
** What We're Looking For
*** Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments
* Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment
* Demonstrated experience delivering high-value, technically complex projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
* Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) desirable# What we offer you
